Recipes for foot baths with apple cider vinegar:

  • For cracked heels

Vinegar is great for heels, speeding up the healing of cracks, exfoliating the skin and making it softer.

It is necessary to mix in a basin 1 liter of warm water, 1 tbsp. glycerin and 2 tbsp. vinegar. The duration of the procedure is only 15 minutes. After it, it is better to rub your feet with a pumice stone, and then rinse. You will see the result after the first session.

  • For calluses

Pour  warm water in a basin, add vinegar (in proportions as in the previous recipe), add a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Soak your feet for 30 minutes. After the corn softens, it can be carefully cut off.

  • For fungus

This healing liquid can be used both for the prevention of the fungus and for its treatment. It has antimicrobial properties. Take this bath after visiting any public place where you have to walk barefoot (pool, beach, even a beauty salon).

The proportions of the foot bath with apple cider vinegar are as follows: 1.5 liters of warm water, 1/2 cup of vinegar. Hold your legs for a quarter of an hour. Then apply baking soda to your nails (mix with water to a mushy consistency). Hold for a quarter of an hour and rinse.

  • For odor and excessive sweating

The ingredients are as follows: 5 liters of water, 1/2 cup of vinegar. If desired, add a few drops of tea tree oil, it acts as an antiseptic. You can carry out the procedure more than once a week – even every day.

  • For heaviness in the legs and for pain relief

Such a procedure will be good in the evening, as it will relieve fatigue and heaviness in the legs. It helps with physical exertion, with varicose veins (or for its prevention).

Recipe: mix 5 liters of water (not warm, but cool – this is important) and 1/2 cup of vinegar, hold your feet for a quarter of an hour.

  • To relieve pain and swelling in the joints

Add 250 mg of sea salt and a drop of lavender oil to the water. The procedure will not only relieve discomfort, but also soothe and relax. Good to do at night.

  • For body detox

Toxins are also removed through the skin, and effective products can speed up this process.

Add to warm water (opens pores, which means it speeds up the removal of harmful substances), sea salt (is an anti-inflammatory agent) and vinegar (also speeds up the detox process). You need to keep your feet in such a bath for no longer than half an hour.

It should be remembered that vinegar is not a medicine, but a home remedy. Therefore, it should be used carefully. Do not forget that vinegar can irritate the skin, and that people with diabetes should not take vinegar baths.
